• Attached is our Waiver/Liability Release Form. If any team members cannot access the electronic waiver, please have them print and complete the form to bring to the volunteer event.
• FULLY ENCLOSED SHOES ONLY are allowed in the warehouse (NO sandals, NO Crocs, NO slippers, NO athletic slides).  Athletic shoes are a great choice.
